Images you select

For the core background-removal workflow, the selected image is processed in your browser. ClearCutBG does not need to receive the image itself on an application server to create the transparent PNG. Temporary browser object URLs used for previews are released when they are no longer needed.

Hosting and technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information, security logs and requested resources as part of delivering and protecting the website.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising services are enabled, they may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, page interactions, cookies and advertising measurements according to their own policies and applicable law. Google advertising cookies may be used to serve and measure ads. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings.

Third-party services

The background-removal library may retrieve machine-learning model resources from its distribution infrastructure. This does not mean that your selected image is sent to that service for processing. External links and advertising partners have their own policies.
